Simon brings over 17 years of hands-on experience in the architectural field, specialising in residential and commercial projects. He holds a BSc. in Architectural Technology from TUD Bolton Street and has made meaningful contributions at MCORM Architects, DDA Architects, and AKM Design, advancing to the role of Associate Director in the latter two firms.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Simon is dedicated to continuous learning. He holds an MSc in Architecture in Advanced Environmental and Energy Studies from the University of East London, a Diploma in Project Management from Trinity College, and a Certificate in Mechanical Engineering from TUD, and is a proud member of CIAT.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Matthew Fagan

Matthew is an RIAI registered architect with 16 years' experience in the design and procurement of various residential, commercial and hospitality projects in Ireland as senior design architect, project manager and assigned certifier. Matthew’s experience ranges from leading on all scales of residential and commercial architecture from inception to completion in the Dublin and Leinster regions.


Matthew specialises in navigating planning procedures, regulations and legislation.

 

Matthew was an Associate Director with Dublin-based StudioDSQ and was an Associate Director with Duignan Dooley Architects (DDA) before that.

 

He obtained his architectural degrees at University College Dublin (UCD).

Szilvia Nagy

BSc Arch, Tech.

 

Szilvia has over 5 years of professional experience as an architectural technologist since graduating from the Institute of Technology Carlow, now known as South East Technological University (SETU), in 2018.

 

Before joining FHA, Szilvia was part of a team responsible for developments’ coordination from post-planning through to completion. These involved mid-to-large scale residential projects, apartment complexes, and housing estates across Ireland. In this role, she supported the Lead BIM Manager by handling modelling tasks and developing complex Revit families and schedules, contributing to the overall BIM process.

 

Since joining FHA, she has been deeply involved in producing planning and construction information packages across a range of sectors including commercial & residential of varying scales. In addition, Szilvia’s expertise also extends to implementing drawing standards and integrating BIM, making her a key contributor to the firm’s BIM strategy.
